All Roads Lead to the Arena

A new season is getting underway at the Arena, and this year there is also a major new development when it comes to getting there. The opening of the L3 light rail line to the Sports Complex provides a new and convenient way to get to our home games, joining the bus lines serving the area, the parking lots near the Arena, and the shuttle service operated by the club together with the Mihutz LaHomot organization for fans coming from Tel Aviv and Modi'in.

So whether you're coming from within Jerusalem, arriving in the city by train, taking a bus, driving, or joining a shuttle - here are all the ways to get to the Arena.

The light rail takes you all the way to the Arena

Another major addition this season is the L3 light rail line, which reaches the Sports Complex and runs approximately every 8 minutes.

For fans coming from outside Jerusalem, this is an especially convenient option: get off the train at Yitzhak Navon Station, head toward the city entrance, and from there you can board the light rail and continue directly toward the Sports Complex and the Arena.

For Jerusalem residents, this also provides a new way to get to games without taking the car. The line passes through additional areas across the city, making it easier to reach the Arena by public transportation while avoiding the traffic and parking congestion around the venue before games.

Please note: For our upcoming game against Hapoel Be'er Sheva, due to the start of Shabbat, the light rail will not be a relevant option for the journey home after the game. If you plan to use it on your way to the Arena, we recommend arranging an alternative way home in advance.

Prefer the bus? Begin is another way to the Arena

Another option for reaching the Sports Complex is via Superbus' express bus lines.

If you're arriving by train, get off at Yitzhak Navon Station and head to the nearby bus stops around Binyanei HaUma, where you can board the following lines:

The lines travel via Begin Road and provide another convenient public transportation option for both fans arriving in Jerusalem from outside the city and those traveling from within Jerusalem.

Driving? Here's what you need to know about parking

If you prefer to arrive by car, it's important to familiarize yourself with the parking arrangements in advance. The public parking lot located between Teddy Stadium and Pais Arena operates as a paid parking lot.

Parking lot hours:

Sunday-Thursday: 07:00-23:00
Friday: 07:00-13:00

Payment is available through Pango or Cello, in accordance with municipal parking rates.

Jerusalem residents are also eligible for parking benefits: residents who have registered for the benefit through the municipality's website receive the first hour free of charge, while holders of a ״Yerushalmi״ card are also eligible for a second hour free.

As always on home game days, we recommend taking traffic around the Sports Complex into account and arriving as early as possible.

Coming from Tel Aviv or Modi'in? Join the shuttle!

This season, the club is once again operating a shuttle service in cooperation with the Mihutz LaHomot organization for Hapoel fans traveling to games from Tel Aviv and Modi'in.

The service allows you to travel to the game and back together with fellow Hapoel fans, without having to worry about driving or finding parking around the Arena.
