Gal Mekel

Co-Owner

Gal is a former Israeli basketball player, who played in the national team and the NBA. He retired in October 2022 and joined Hapoel as an advisor and co-owner in August 2023.

Alon Kramer

CEO

Alon holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from Harvard. He worked in the NFL and was appointed CEO of Hapoel in August 2023.

Dan Shamir

Professional Director

Dan has a long coaching career, including EuroLeague assistant coach. He led Hapoel to State Cup victories in 2006/07 and 2007/08.

Roi Cohen

Team Manager & Spokesperson

Roi led the basketball desk at Sport5 and joined Hapoel as spokesperson and VP of Communications in February 2022.

Ido Meidan David

Head of Sales & Fan Experience

A loyal fan since the 1990s, Ido joined Hapoel in 2024 from senior startup roles to lead sales and improve the fan experience.

Noam Pixlar

Marketing Director

With vast experience in high-tech and sports marketing, Noam became Hapoel's marketing director in December 2023.

Shahar Regev

Sales Manager

One of the club’s veterans, Shahar has been with Hapoel for 10 years. He has a BA in Photographic Communications and started as a fan in the stands.

Matan Aharoni

Data & Technology Manager

Matan holds a Master's in Statistics from Hebrew University. In January 2024, he joined the club after working as a data scientist in various startups.
