A Midday Sea of Red: Our 2026/27 Season-Opening Celebration
Hundreds of fans joined us on Friday for our 2026/27 season-opening celebration, meeting the players, enjoying a range of activities and setting the stage for an exciting new season.
A new season is getting underway! Last Friday, Hapoel held its traditional season-opening celebration, joined by hundreds of fans eagerly looking forward to the 2026/27 season.
The event had a wonderfully festive atmosphere, as families and children came to enjoy a range of activities, meet the players and get closer to the team.
The celebration kicked off with a performance by Ron Nesher for the red crowd. Then came one of the day’s highlights: the introduction of the team’s new players. One by one, they stepped onto the court and received a warm welcome from the fans ahead of the 2026/27 season.
There was also plenty for the whole family to enjoy. Outside the arena, fans found inflatables, 3-on-3 games featuring the players, a merchandise stand and a variety of children’s activities. Inside, fans met the team at the autograph and photo station, sharing special moments with the players just before the season begins.
2026/27 season, here we go!
