The compensation outline for season ticket holders

 

Since October 7, all of us in the Hapoel Jerusalem family have experienced a very difficult time. As part of the impact of the war, our team had to migrate to foreign territories and play the home games away from our real home. This was a complex and challenging logistical and financial challenge. At the same time, the needs of the team's fans are constantly in front of our eyes, and the club's management works to contribute, support and help everyone who is part of the Hapoel community.

 

As part of the process of providing an answer to the season ticket holders for the loss of the opening games of the season, the club's management put thought into providing adequate compensation. Each subscriber will be entitled to the following two benefits:

 

1. A free ticket to one of the important deciding games later in the season which are not included in the season subscription.

 

2. 5% discount on subscription renewal next season, in addition to any existing sale or benefit.

 

 In fact, along with the benefit for renewing the subscription, this plan will allow you to get a ticket to one of the deciding games that the club will determine later in the season (quarter/semi-finals of the cup or semi-finals of the playoffs). These games are highly sought after and even significantly more expensive than a regular season game. The club will announce the compensation game in advance depending on the ability to host all the season ticket holders in that game.

 

Subscribers and subscribers who choose not to exercise the benefit, can ask the club to donate their compensation on their behalf for the hosting of Hapoel games for families who were affected by the war or were evacuated from their homes.

 

 We would like to take this opportunity to note that we are working to try to return the Champions League games to Israel, as long as the security situation allows the hosting of teams from abroad in Israel. Now we are facing forward and we need you with us for the rest of the season. We still have a lot to do, and we cannot To do it without you! 

 

 As we have done so far, the players and employees of the club will continue with all their energy to make efforts to support the Hapoel community, led by the families of the bereaved, and to raise awareness for the return of our Harsh and all the abductees.
