A state-of-the-art sound system, a unique central cube, a fast Wi-Fi network and a high European standard parquet: the comprehensive infrastructure works in Hapoel's home arena

?In 2014, upon its opening, the Pais Arena in Jerusalem became Hapoel's new home, marking the beginning of the club's new era. Now, a decade after its opening, the Jerusalem Municipality and the Pais factory with the help of "Ariel" company have begun extensive upgrading and renovation work in the home hall of the Reds.
As part of the works, in recent days the existing parquet was replaced with a modern and advanced parquet surface of a high European standard. The parquet is currently installed in a number of large sports halls in Europe and is easy and convenient to disassemble and reassemble. In addition, the installation of acoustic panels and an innovative sound system has begun in the arena complex, which are expected to significantly upgrade the audio experience of the fans at the games.
As part of the renovations, the LED cube in the center of the hall will be replaced with a new and modern cube with a total area of approximately 180 square meters. Also, the LED screens installed in the arena's hip and entrance halls will also be replaced and a unique amplification system will be installed. These days, the issue of the internet network is being addressed. With an emphasis on installing a state-of-the-art high-speed Wi-Fi infrastructure that will allow the fans to browse, take photos and transfer photos and videos quickly and efficiently.
The Mayor of Jerusalem, Moshe Leon said: "Upgrading the Pais Arena is another part of the city's major investment in successful sports in the capital. The hall will continue to host both Israeli and international sports events. We are also expected to invest in the city's sports facilities in the coming years, there is something to look forward to." The CEO of Ariel Company, Uri Menachem, added: "The state-of-the-art, largest and most advanced hall in Israel is making another leap forward in making upgrades and adjustments that make it one of the best facilities in Europe. These are invested upgrade works that are carried out in accordance with advanced technology and to improve the viewing experience for all the activities that take place in the hall."
As we know, the Arena is the largest sports hall in Israel with over 11,000 seats. The hall, besides being Hapoel's home hall, hosts many international sports competitions, many music and cultural performances and more. The hall covers a total area of 47 thousand square meters and includes 6 levels, 12 stands and 16 viewing booths. Now, the experience in it is expected to undergo a significant upgrade for Hapoel fans.
