Course of the game

1st Quarter

Hapoel opens the game with Speedy Smith, Or Cornelius, Levi Randolph, Gabi Chachashvili and Zach Hankins. The game opened in a very stubborn way with two very aggressive, intense and precise teams in defense. The result was relatively moderate with quite low shooting percentages in both teams, mainly due to good defenses. Levi Randolph, and Gabi Chachashvili broke through the Spanish defense time after time and Or Cornelius managed to make it difficult for Marcelinho Huertes. The Jerusalem defense continued to show strength and at the end of the quarter - 15:6 to Hapoel.

2nd Quarter
Brynton Lemar opened the second quarter in an excellent way, with an important three-pointer that gave Hapoel a double-digit lead. Chris Johnson, who ended the previous quarter with a spectacular rebound in the last second, also continued during a sharp and efficient attack. Kyle Guy from Tenerife tried to keep the Spaniards still in the game, and Levi Randolph who went up to 11 points, along with Zach Hankins with an impressive dunk - continued the Jerusalem momentum, and sealed the second quarter result - 37:22.

3rd Quarter
Like the first quarter, the third quarter also opened with slightly hesitant attacks, pressing defense, but this time with improved shooting percentages. Tenerife, with a thumbs up, managed to punish Hapoel and reduce the advantage a little. Zach Hankins, with excellent offensive moves time after time was able to punish Charmadini's slow legs with dunks and penetration into the paint. Chris Johnson, as usual, arrived at exactly the right time, scored an excellent three-pointer from the corner, and managed to return the high double-digit advantage to Hapoel. Another 3-pointer by Levi Randolph increased the difference to 20 points as Tenerife struggled to find solutions. The Spaniards managed to get into their offensive flow, and although the margin remained stable thanks to Jacorey Williams, Coach Kanztuoris took a time out to ensure his team's advantage. The timeout was not bad and at the end of the quarter - 67:44 for the Reds.

Lemar is here. BIG TIME

4th Quarter
Jacorey Williams was the one who put the energy into the fourth quarter, when with different and varied moves in the attack, he even managed to increase the advantage. Kyle Guy, the only one to function in Lenovo Tenerife, with 28 points and 5 minutes to play, left the difference "tolerable" for the Spaniards, which forced Hapoel to take a timeout, to not let the game run away. Despite its deep squad, Tenerife seemed to fall off its feet in front of Jerusalem's intensity as Levi Randolph keeps sniping and scoring from anywhere on the field. Against the pressing Spanish defense, Speedy juggled and found the players in red free again and again for easy points. With a big advantage, Hapoel did not let up for a moment and Chris Johnson presented a defensive position that was out of this world, which ended with Lemar's basket on the other side. At the end of the game, after a great game - 85:61 to Hapoel.
