Course of the game

1st Quarter
Hapoel opens the game with Or Cornelius, Yovel Zoosman, Levi Randolph, Oz Blayzer and Zach Hankins. From the beginning of the game it was evident that hapoel missed her home arena very much. The game opened with an impressive offensive flow with Or Cornelius giving his typical pressure on the defensive side, and Oz Blayzer providing quality moves on the offensive side. Together with Zach Hankins Hapoel went up to a quick 11:3 and sent Barak Pelag's trainees to a timeout. From the time-out Galil came back much better as she narrowed the gap to a single posession. Levi Randolph was the one who sealed the quarter with a fade-away from mid-range, at the end of the quarter - 24:15 to Hapoel.

2nd Quarter
Yovel Zoosman opened the second quarter with a three-pointer that gave Hapoel a double-digit lead, the first of the game. Galil came to their senses and started to reduce the difference, thanks to the management of the game by Roi Huber. The quarter was mainly characterized by stuck and not accurate enough attacks by both teams. Precisely for this purpose, Aleksandar D?iki? put Levi Randolph on the court - who managed to produce points time after time, in different and diverse ways. Randolph opened the hatch and helped Hapoel get into the rhythm with Oz Blayzer who immediately after his three added a resounding block. Hapoel got into an early foul problem which left Galil in the game and at the end of the quarter - 41:34 to Hapoel.

3rd Quarter

Chris Johnson was the one who opened the third quarter for Hapoel with points, defense, energy and fighting as only he knows how. James Feldine, on the other hand, continued to be Galil's offensive anchor and keep the difference low. In order to bridge the gaps in athleticism and physicality, Galil switched to a regional defense that challenged the Jerusalem offense, where Johnson also assisted with his game wisdom and helped Hapoel increase the advantage. Also Afek Amsalem who entered at the end of the quarter and made important and smart moves when at the end of the quarter - 67:51 for the reds.

Hapoel came out of the break between the quarters like the muzzle of a cannon scoring 5 very quick points with Yovel Zoosman and Gabi Chachashvili. Amsalem, who managed to put a lot of energy into the game, left with 5 fouls. Zoosman continued to score and reached 15 points increasing the difference to 20. Galil Elion did not give up the game and continued with mixed defenses and surgical and precise attacks. Hapoel tightened the defense to prevent a reversal and in the end - 81:73 for Hapoel.
