The Reds want to improve to 4-2 after losing their last game in a close match against the Romanians. The MVP player in the last game, although it wasn't enough to win, was Kadin Carrington, who returned to Hapoel after spending time with his family in the states. He scored 11 points in his return game, and continued that form in the league game against Holon, leading the Reds to the win.
A familiar face for all of you in the Slovenian lineup is, of course, Brynton Lemar, who played for Hapoel last season. The American-Jamaican guard averaged 7.7 points and 1.4 assists per game in Europe, with his standout game being against Tenerife from Spain in the temporary home in Belgrade, where he scored 17 points and provided 3 assists to his teammates, leading the Reds to one of their biggest victories last season, 85-61 over the Spaniards. This season, Lemar is showing a statistical line in the EuroCup of 13.5 points and 2.5 assists per game.
