The Goldberg Sports Hall in Malha is Hapoel Jerusalem's legendary home court. It was the fans second home since the 80's and until 2014, when the team moved to its new home court at the Arena. Malha, which had known countless historical moments during a period of 30 years, will be forever remaining a Jerusalem icon
Throughout the years Malha was known as a tough home court, and was regarded as a stronghold which threatened many Israeli and European teams. Malha had a capacity of only 2,300 seats, but as years passed it became too small to hold all the fans. Hapoel Jerusalem's last game in Malha was held on May 30, 2014. The team beat Maccabi Haifa 70-63.
During the 2000's a decision has been made to build a new sports arena in the city in order to take Hapoel Jerusalem into the future.
